FEAR....!


Hello Friends...
We all have desires and dream to do something, to achieve something, to get something , to perform something, to express something although we have an emotion which produce by our brain and these emotions are a kind of threat which came before when we are doing, performing or expressing anything .
Even these emotions responsible for negative feeling, a threat that occur in our mind for any purpose in our daily life purposes.

These emotions are resulting in FEAR..!. Fear interrupt our mind and setup it like to think and decide things in a negative manner. In simple words fear can scroll you down in every moment of life no matter it is good or bad, small or big. Fear stops you in every step of success.

However, fear is a negative emotion which can harm your health and certain parts of brain such as HIPPOCAMPUS. And it cause anxiety and develops depression.The one who in chronic fear, the world looks scary and different.

BIGGEST FEAR TODAY...



As we all know that we all are facing a pandemic that is COVID-19 it is the biggest fear which shakes our emotions and we all are fearing from other human nearby us. COVID-19 is like electricity, fire because if we came in contact with it then we will die 99.9%.

BIGGEST FEAR IN WOMEN...


Today a girl is afraid to walk alone no matter it is day or night.In previous month or years women are being raped, not raped but being killed and burnt. Many girls hesitate to go outdoors because of our worst society. The men become the biggest fear in today women's life.
Our India is the world biggest democratic country, but these kinds of the worst thing happened in our nation.
Not India, but well-known advance, educated, developed countries have these kinds of the worst problems. 

PANIC ATTACK...


Whenever fear become enormous it results in a panic attack. It is a very common and serious problem
In today youth 18-25 years. AMERICAN ORGANISATION of ANXIETY and DEPRESSION  
find that over 6 million of our today youth suffering from these panic attacks.

AFFECT OF PANIC ATTACK..

These panic attack mainly cause mental disorders like anxiety, stress, depression and mainly with fear. Mainly fear and anxiety causes panic attack, may cause rapid heart rate, weakens your immune system and may damage the cardiovascular system.There are some cases which result in gastrointestinal like problems like ulcers.

If we see physically, then panic attack cause shivering, faster ageing, loss of breath, chest pain and a stage came when a person thinks he is dying. At the time when a panic attack came then a person's mind is dull and nervous.

Panic attack is not a small issue, it causes heart related problem which may cause death if not cured. 

HOW IT BE CURED... 


If you think surely there is a medicine for panic attack disorder but the only medicine for this kind of attack is HEALTHY MIND nothing else. Now, the biggest question come into our mind is that how I get a healthy mind? Answer for your question is meditation is the only method to make our mind calm and fresh. But the problem is that we can't get rid from these attacks but by doing meditation we can get rid from these attacks.

  • The FEAR of not being liked.
  • The FEAR of shame.
  • The FEAR of rejection.
  • The FEAR of something bad happening.
  • The FEAR of change.
  • The FEAR of failure.
  • The FEAR of height.
  • The FEAR of water.
  • The FEAR of animals.
  • The FEAR of reptiles or insects.
  • The FEAR of hesitation. 

COMMON FEAR IN STUDENTS...

  • Stage FEAR.
  • The FEAR of being judged.
  • The Fear of losing control.

FEAR IN MEN..

  • FEAR of losing someone.
  • FEAR of financial problem.
  • FEAR of losing into business.

HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR...

No one else either of you can overcome your own fear, no matter what kind of fear you have.There are lots of ways to overcome fear 
For example:-
I saw many people do physical exercise, sang song, dance, do a same thing many time, talking with their love ones, some talking with  themselves (self-reliant),some show aggression to overcome it, etc.
